how’s now 7/19/17

now only speaks in the present tense

language is a block away

heard as the noise from the past

getting current has no self-consciousness

knowing is hearsay hypothesizing

now is forever before the splash

cognition is poky and somewhat frumpy

you’d have to be

and awareness of that

then takes too long

but now never gives up

and certainly never gives in

we inadvertently persist with perception

so that’s why, for now,

we don’t we ever meet?
