Find what you seek * 1/2/14

Find what you seek
by addressing that which you seek
by witnessing that part of you
who addresses these kinds of things for you
attentively and unencumbered.
From where within you does that come from?
How for you to come to know as witness,
does that part of you
go about with this assimilation?
What manner of assumptions within you
goes into that search
without your further attention needed?
Is it a chasing after fleeting images?
Is it a re-visitation to a previous feeling
so stimulated as to reappear
as reference for this immediate search?
What is your means of seek from within?
Who of you then provides the energy,
the initiation, the sense of pursuit logic
and ever refinement?
How much of you are of these actions
and how much of you is just passively unrecruited,
along for the ride?
And when ‘find’ comes, is there a halt to occur?
Is it a major shift of momentum,
say from empty to full?
For then, what is the action of ‘found’?
Who of you is there present to address it?
What does the spin of completion feel like?
Is there still a momentum of search or seek
that needs displacement
as the overwhelm of found replaces it?
How complete does found become?
The role shift of search to possession,
the vessel is now filled to overflow,
who of you is now more satisfied
with possession than search?
Were you more natively filled with the fury of search
than you are with the custody and ownership of the found?
Of those two self-animations, ‘search’ and ‘found’,
what is closer to the essence of you,
seeker or custodian (?) searcher or curator (?)
passion or possession (?) yearning or declaration (?)
empty-fullness or full of fullness (?) or philosophically,
“I have everything I need and I keep it every where
in a timely manner”
or “ I can get everything I want
and then I’ll have it, eventually” ?
Or more succinctly, is it, find what you seek
by always seeking, what you find . . .
