DRIVE is an insanity to convert distractions into motivations. Drive is a reframe to bring more energy to the fire and more clarity to the effort. Drive invites a deeper course of action and a stronger line of passion to appear. Drive senses that the collective has more redeemable power from within. Drive pretends that obstacles are riches and fatigue becomes an elixir to evoke more effort.
EXCELLENCE is a referential result generally obtained to serve a consensual view. Excellence is a competence pursued to mastery. Excellence has reputational wings. Excellence allows for invisible support to suddenly appear throughout the journey as process. Excellence is really an audience view but made known to all parties in a shared way.
FOCUS is a continuance of fresh eyes and awareness. It is not an act of will or force. There has to be a natural approach style to this as a skill set to allow for long-term application and cutting edge results. Focus is not a flat frame of reference but whole range of witness applications that contribute to an ongoing ever shape-shifting view that is keen and viable to the cause.
IDEAS as content, bring witness to the reframe and attention to the scope involved. Ideas both front load and later compliment the course of action needed. Ideas are at many levels in ways both large and small. Function, efficiency, esthetics, and timing all are aspect compliments ideas come to address and solve.
PASSION is a commitment to a drawn-ness.
Passion makes fluid events along the way.
Passion is not distracted or satisfied with results for that is not the end point orientation.
Passion is ever invitational, goes beyond assignment, lives in auto-seek, and is not quantifiable by time or results restraints.
PERSISTENCE is rededication immediately applied when needed. Persistence has a back-story of strength and endurance. Persistence embraces all the obstacles of sudden rise and the monumentals that are dealt with face to face.
Persistence has reserves and undeclared resources when they are needed. Persistence has a deep frame for reference and soul if and when needed.
SERVE, no matter what scale, finds causes and means that are dedicated to a great whole than self. Serve is self-invitational to a bigger dance.
Serve asks of itself and gives of itself in rich and deeper ways that become more spontaneous the further one goes into this as a valuable process. Serve invades one’s life beyond the call and rewards one’s life beyond the results intended. Serve goes beyond meaning and becomes a richness of means. Serve is eventually, all gains and more than originally could have mattered. Serve make motivation a life enhancement process.
WORK is really a pseudonym application of time and attention under the illusion of effort or the benchmarks of results. Work can have a storyline but for best results, lives in the moment and from moment to moment. Work is a perspective that yields justification and displays results but ultimately has to have joy embedded within the tasks at hand. Works is what other people would call it but you experience it as something much more inwardly richer than what is claimed.
