The beacon shines

The beacon shines

the brightest to those

who have privately prepared

their eyes to see.

To see through

what appears to be

and see into

what is essence

but so concealed.

There has to be

the sensors for sight

and the receptors for vision.

Sight, used

to meet expectations,

cannot see past beliefs

made manifest

as proof in form.

Vision uses the person

as a conduit

to make evident

the light from within

as a refinement shared

towards essence celebrated.

The work of sight as senses

is a labor duly noted.

The work of vision

is a joy of being, shared.

This is where the beacon

shines the brightest . . .
